Yesterday was a lot of fun and a bummer all in one ride. Views were great and the trails were pretty much empty. Cool temps with a lot of sunlight, just doesn't get much better. I started of climbing from the lower lot to do Bergen Peak I was amout 3/4 mile from summit when.. POP.. I blew a flat.. no biggie I will just change that real quick... Wait.. crap... I forgot my tube/ pump at home.. DANGIT!!! Finished the ride on a flat rear tire.

I use to do that same ride back in the 80's when I lived in Evergreen. I miss the Colorado rides and look forward to a month long of trails/camping that I am planning for June 2010.

Man I bet the views were a million times better. Evergreen just keeps growing! Hope you have a great time on your 2010 trip!

We left Evergreen in 91 and even then things where getting busy. No Wal mart, no fast food, just the Little Bear. Wonder how many Expo members have been to the Little Bear?
