Since the FJ60 "rehabilitation" has turned into a long term project, I needed something to satisfy my LC fetish in the short term...found her up at the Grand Canyon last weekend...
Thanks much to MoGas for helping me with the search...

More pics to come...just a little teaser...playing in the (hopefully) last snowstorm of the season here in N. AZ...

sweet 80, congrats!

Was it outfitted as it is in the pic when you bought her? and are those tail light protectors I see?

It was "outfitted" as you see it when I bought it last weekend...
The PO had purchased the truck with 124,000 miles in April of 2010 from a couple in PHX...he then did the OME suspension, ARB winch bar, snorkel, 7 pin, and a lot of preventative maintenance...interior upgrades/fixes...
I wasn't a fan of the rear tail light protectors initially but they are growing on me...these are slightly different than others I have seen as they have two mounting points...I will try to add a picture but the only ones I have seen just mount inside the tailgate and can bend with a lot of pressure...these have additional mounting on the body panel so they can't pivot...
Overall I have been having some fun with the truck...All I have done is removed the fake wood...will do some baseline maintenance soon but the PO really did most everything...hopefully can trade someone local...hint hint... some garage space for instruction when tearing into the front axle...

NICE 80 there Flagster... Gotta love the resource that is the Expo-Portal when you're looking for something eh. It's like having every Truck nut in the world at your fingertips. Good on ya MoGas for helping him find his new Toy.

EDit: Is it Factory Locked ??? As inn E-lockers AND CDL???? She sure is a looker eh. I also feel ya on the rear light protectors. I know the "other" kind you speak of and that second mounting point is def. an advantage eh.

Cheers

The taillight protectors are not the cleanest installation as both sides have additional holes drilled in the body panel...I am planning on taking off both sides this weekend and seeing if I can clean up the holes/paint them and maybe replace the hardware...

Overall the fake wood came off really clean...I still need to go around with some goo be gone but the cheap $.98 plastic scraper from Home Depot did the trick...no scratches...just some sticky left over...

Took the truck out last night...easy to disappear here within about 5 minutes...unfortunately you find evidence of many "Beach Parties"...didn't have trash bags with me...will have to head back tonight...

ARB or Slee rear bumper...

Any one know any advantages or disadvantages to either...they are about the same cost will all the bells and whistles...

I don't have either, but the ARB is reportedly more complicated and tends to rattle more. Have you looked at the IPOR bumper?

Hanna Quality is the best out there, however he has taken a hiatus from fabrication. That said, I would go with 4x4 labs.
