Bikepacking Primer from Velorution Cycles.

What was once a fringe pursuit is now gaining mainstream recognition. Bikepacking is here to stay, and I think that's just super! Wooo.

For those unfamiliar, Velorution Cycles in Durango is one of the best bike shops in southwest CO, especially for those inclined to take big outdoor naps between rides. The owner Joey is no slouch and put together one of the best backpacking primers I've seen yet.

Bike packing.. Way bettter way to see the backcountry than driving a 4wd... My lost of interest in 4wd backcountry driving coincided ith discovery of bikepacking

Stopped by Velorution to pick up some bags, what a great shop! Turns out Joey and one of the guys that works there grew up about an hour from where I did in Indiana, small world.

The other guy must be my friend Greg. He's one of my closest friends and a truly great dude. He was a Cutter, and might be one of the most skilled riders I've had the pleasure of riding with.
