Bilstein's for ~1.5-2" Lift '11 E-150?

So I've searched and read a bunch of threads but still no definitive answer to what length shock I should run on my soon to be mildly lifted E-150.
I have some Moog CC880 coils to go in and rear springs will be rebuilt to match.

From what I've read many are using stock recommended Front 33-18753 and rear 33-176840. Question is will this not limit wheel travel gained by the lift?
Stock shocks have 5" travel in front and 8" in back. I was thinking of sourcing a set that are 1-2" longer travel. Problem with this is collapsed length is longer and I worry shock will bottom before hitting bumpstop. Would that be the case or will added travel prevent the shock ever compressing that far?
Very confused about now!

On my 2000 E150 2wd I used Front and Rear. They were spec for the 350 and worked great on my setup (cc880 front and HD springs in rear). I loved it. Your 2011 has a chassis similar, if not the same, than the 350 so these shock may fall short. Hope this helps.
Here is the review of my set-up: New Springs review.
