Eric just opened Asheville Vehicle Outfitters in Asheville. https://ashevillevehicleoutfitters.com An hour or two from you but probably worth it. I imagine they will be open for business and up and running soon.

Second the recommendation for Eric! He did a bunch of work on my 100 series LandCruiser up here in the northeast before he relocated to Asheville and started AVO.
When I was a student at App more than a decade ago High Country 4x4 was a good shop that worked on my wrangler from time to time. I saw the shop was still there when I was up for a game a few weeks ago. I'd give them a shot.
High Country is ok, but they mostly want to sell those Rubitrux conversions they do. Triplett and Coffey fabrication shop can do any rack or bumper mounting, and electrics like dual batteries can be done by most of the shops in the area. Plow trucks usually get upfitted to dual batteries so there are a lot of shops that do that stuff.
