Dude your build and how you use this is awesome! I've been combing through threads looking for as much information as I can on these Y62/armada/QX80s and am really liking the platform. And their value in the used market is crazy. How has it been for you the past year? Lack of aftermarket seems to be the biggest hurdle.

ARB makes lockers for the front and rear, but the problem is they require 3.54 gears and the Armada comes with 3.36. There are no aftermarket gears available for these, so I would have to source them from a salvage yard overseas where some pathfinder models came with 3.54's. By the time I did all that, I could probably buy a WJ Cherokee and build it for the same $ as it would cost just to put lockers on the Armada. And it would be better for the more extreme stuff the Armada just isn't meant to do. That is probably what I am going to end up doing because I hate SxS and need to fit a family of 4 and our stuff in it. XJs are rising in price and the WJ or a Disco 2 seems like a good alternative.

TRE makes lockers for the R230 for 2.9/3.36 ratio diffs. I got a set of their E-Lockers installed into my V8 Pathfinder, which has an M205 and R230 diffs, but it comes with 2.9s I changed them out for 3.36 at the same time. I haven't used them too often yet as my issue is lacking armour, but so far it's been a game changer. IIRC you would have an R180 up front, no? You could upgrade to an M205 while you're at it, and I want to say will work, just need QX80 axles?
