Bubba's first adventure----my '03 LX

Bubba......my new to me '03 LX.....AZ native.......2nd owner....now lives in Utah

2nd weekend out.....had to try out the new Cooper Maxx rubber......on the Swell

Ran into some dirt bikers from Oregon..hey man ? where can we ride......?

Told/showed them......one hr later they tracked me down..got a rider with a broken leg !!

Can you haul him out ? 'Hell yea I said' got to him...oh man....broken femur & collar bone

Hell no......16 YO in pain big time.....some how Dad got 911 dispatch and requested EMS

2.5 hrs later...poor kid laying in the dirt with snow flurries on top........Life Flight lands

Yes...we had blankets (in Bubba) kept him warm........

Long story short......they flew him to SLC for treatment.......

This was 'Bubba's first adventure'

Yes.....I carry a ResQLink locater beacon......but was not needed

Which bumpers are those? How do you like them?

I just picked up an 05 LC with 98k miles. Just wheels, tires, suspension so far! Sliders will be next.
