Building a matching overland trailer, timbren axles or original suspension ?

So I have an additional gladiator bed with a alu cab topper camper and want to turn it into a matching overland trailer so I can carry my adventure bike and more gear. My choices is build trailer frame from scratch with square tubing and Timbren axles and a lot of fabrication and time, COST estimate is $ 2,500 with brake drums. Or Other option is a used gladiator frame and rear axle from a wrecking yard and turn that into a trailer with little fabrication, less time & COST is $3,800 with an electric over hydrolic booster. . I'm leaning towards gladiator frame, Timbren has way less travel and stiffer ride I think, gladiator coil suspension is softer with way more travel. Is there down sides to using original frame and suspension for a trailer ? Would sway be a problem with softer suspension ? I know it will be a little heavier but will that make a difference that I notice ? My truck is a Gladiator Sport S max tow edition with 5.13s gears and 38 tires

Did you ever move on this? Also, American Adventure Lab builds frames for this specific Gladiator Bed for around $4,500. They use Timbren. I do know that Timbren has different stiffness levels on their stuff
