Builtright bedside panels and DECKED drawer system?

I currently have a set of bedside panels on my F150 and I love them but decided to go with DECKED drawer system for more secure gear storage. Anybody have experience with this and if they will or will not work together or is there some minor mods that I can do to make them work? Thanks in advance!

What do you mean by bedside panels?
Google is showing me a mix of replacement body panels and some sort of racking bolted to inside of bed so u can attach stuff to it

You have to cut them or ditch them if you install a Decked system.

The decked system sides that run the length of the bed can be trimmed allowing you to fit. I took my decked from my Tundra which had a wider bed than my Power Wagon and make them fit by trimming ~1.5" from each side with a Skil saw.
