Bush Co. DX27 RTT & 270XT Awning

After much thought and waffling I have come to the conclusion that I need to sell my RTT with or without the awning. I have used this tent in many different conditions, snow, rain, wind and the heat of summer. I can honestly say it has been the easiest, most reliable and convenient home away from home I have every had and I have had a few. Below are the specs on the tent. The awning is a 270-degree, LH (drivers' side) awning with sides. The sides are not Bush Co. sides rather they are Oztent that I had from a previous awning which I adapted but they work as well as any would.

Price for the tent only - $2500 (retails $4k plus tax and shipping) (includes 2-100w solar panels)
Price for the tent w/awning & sides - $3500 (retails $1,500 Awning, $250 Oztent straight walls plus tax & shipping)
Awning not for sale by itself as I would keep it for future use.
Bush Co. awning wall kit - $1,150 plus tax & shipping (information only as they are not part of the sale)

Total new would be close to $6k with the Oztent sides or close to $7K with the Bush Co. sides.

In my opinion quality of build is as good as they get. Alucab and Bush Co. build some of the best RTT's available on the market. Bush Co. quality rivals what I have seen from Alucab.
