Cabover Hangover

From an aerodynamic point of view is there a difference between a camper that sticks out more in the front (windshield hangover) and one that sits further back on the cab top. Assuming that the front profiles of the two campers are identical.

Any other concerns with campers that extend out over the windshield quite a bit?
Thanks

I cant quote all the science, but yes, air moving up the windshield is captured and made turbulant by the extended cabover. I guess this is an argument in favor of extended cab trucks. FWC has advocated the short cabover over the years as an aerodynamic advantage.
