Canadian importing advice needed

Hi everyone.
My folks winter in AZ and I've found a great deal on an FJ that we want to buy and import back home to Canada. I know I need to check the RIV site and deal with the border. My question is, can anyone give me an idea of what I should expect to pay in Duty and taxes on an $18k purchase? Does the FJ qualify under the NAFTA agreement? I will be contacting the appropriate authorities next week but I was just curious if anyone has experience with this?
Thanks,

I just imported my '07 Taco to Ontario, as long as I intended to live in ON for few years I didn't have to pay the sales taxes, just the $250 importation fee, then once it's imported I went to a repair facility place where they did the RIV, where they checked my DTRL and vins, took few minutes. Then you pay for insurance, safety and emissions before plates, but that's province depended... remember you have to export from US before Import, truck must not have financing from Toyota financial (US) or an American bank, otherwise it's fairly simple... good luck
