Let's clear the air. That list is "The following table provides a listing of those containers certified for sale." You can USE any fuel can you own. You just can't legally sell anything that isn't on that list.

Also said all PFCs sold in California must be certified by the Air Resources Board as meeting low-emission standards and regulatory requirements.
Also you wouldn't get a tickets for carrying it on the back of the rig right
