Cheap Roof Track?

Looking for some ideas on a cheaper alternative to thule, front runner, yamaha etc. roof tracks. I am assuming that these companies buy universal track somewhere, drill holes, and add foam tape and their little plastic ends and then mark it up 6x (which is fine).

Seems super overpriced when you can purchase 80/20 for .20 per foot and I want to be able to order a custom size anyways so any thoughts on where these manufacturers acquire their track? It would be nice if I could utilize yakima or thule feet/podiums.

When adding roof tracks to my camper shells I use prolineracks universal roof tracks. Have used them on 3 different shells and they haven't let me down. Not sure if they do custom lengths.
