We Have been working on the Chevrolet Express Quigley 4x4 conversion for the past couple of years now and want to cover some of the things that we are doing to them, may it be shock upgrades or complete suspension overhauls. Many of you have seen our Sema build 2016 where we went completely nuts on Rick's brand new Quigley 4x4. In this thread we would like to scale it back and show different options while we hope that you will share your build with us in this thread. We are always learning great tips and tricks form all of the great members here on Expo.
We are going to start off this thread by sharing our friends Sean 2008 Chevrolet Express with an interior build by Explorer Van conversions. We met Sean last year when he wanted to add rock sliders to his Quigley 4x4 and knew in the future he wanted to run bigger tires and gain ground clearance. He didn't feel that shipping or driving back to Pennsylvania was an cost effective option to have the 3" lift installed. Well he was very pleased to find out that we build a 3" lift for the Chevrolet Express Quigley 4x4 vans and was excited to get it done.
The time came and Sean was ready to go, No more stock height 245 tires.
Before:
After:
We also Added our custom leaf springs to the rear along with FOX shocks at all four corners.
This build wouldn't be complete without a set of Method Race Wheels 310 CON 6 in all black sitting on 285x70x17 Toyo Open County tires.

There are several other upgrades that we did and will continue to show them.
Thanks for checking out this thread and please let us know what you think.
