Chevy Express / GMC Savannah lift kit

BigDan

Observer
last year I lifted a GMC Savannah around 3.0 inches ( coil springs + spacer ) result was negative no more suspension deflection due to upper A arm contacting bumper stop ......removed the spacer , found the ride to be too harsh
removed the springs and reinstalled the spacers ,,,,better but still minimal deflection ......

friend new project : same type of vehicle : 2005 Savannah Safari Condo from Quebec ,,,,,He wants to raise it 2 inches ...

Sadly ,the upper balljoints are pressed .....So, no way to install a spacer to bring back any clearance between A arm and bumper stop......

I noticed some 3 inches lifted spindles from weldtec but it seems to be like $2,000 US ......
any different way ? Or maybe cheaper spindles .....
thanks
Dan ,
