Cigerette Lighter to USB??

I cant remember where I got this idea, but does anyone know about this? I seem to remember someone converted all their cigerette plugs to usb connectors. Sounds straight foward. Is it really that easy. Just cut and wire on the usb connectors? Sounds too easy. Anyone have a link to the writeup so I can see if Im missing somthing.

Look for a PSP vehicle kit. You can usually get the Cig-USB port for less than $5 at Wal-Mart
