Solid and road tested 4x4 trailer with a sweet camping set up that is equally at home in campgrounds and primitive camping. Kitchen and tent truly set up in mere minutes. All storage areas have locks and are both water and dust proof. Comes with a 6 lb propane tank, deep cell 518 ah battery with two mounted 12 volt outlets. The trailer is set up for electric disc brakes, rear leveling stabilizer jacks, and has a 3,000+ lb axle and leaf springs. Will throw in a farm jack as well.

Trailer- 6' 6" wide x 7' 6" long plus 4' tongue, 18" ground clearance
Main storage compartment- 48" X 76" X 24" tall
Kitchen storage- 16" d x 48" w x 20" t
Side storage- 16" d x 48" w x 20" t
Tongue storage box- 11" x 16" x 20"
Battery box- 16" square with battery, outlets, and extra space
Max tent base height- 6' when trailer is jacked up and roof posts are extended
Sunshade/rain awning with optional bug netting- 7' X 9'
The kitchen area has a slide out drawer big enough for a standard two-burner camp stove, multiple shelves, built-in butcher block cutting board, and slide-on attached counter that is a handy spot for a 5 gallon water container.
The tent is in new condition, used only a handful of times. The interior footprint is 72" x 96" x 50" tall. The built in mattress is nice and thick. Bedding can be stored in the tent while traveling- no bulk in the trailer bed and no stuffing sleeping bags into sacks! The tent has two doors, one exits to the trailer roof, the other exits by ladder into 6' x 7' enclosed vestibule with heavy duty rubber floor. The vestibule has 3 doors that have bug screens. The sunshade is solidly made and can withstand windy weather. It extends over the kitchen and is a lifesaver in hot or rainy weather. Really, a very nice set up.
We bought the tent from Cascadia Vehicle Tents in Bend. They sell different models that would work equally well on this trailer. If you would like to purchase a different tent, the trailer price is $4000 if tent is not included.
