Calling-in from west of the Rockies
There was another thread created in the FS section for this ad. I called this past afternoon and spoke with the seller. Unfortunately the Flippac was sold. We chatted for awhile and he said he was overwhelmed with phone calls/texts once the ad was up. It was sold within an hour or so of being posted.
