Clever trailer attachment on VW beetle

I was searching teardrop trailers on Youtube and saw this short video featuring a VW beetle with a roof mounted 5th wheel trailer hitch. It was towing a camper trailer and could actually rotate 360 degrees while still attached to the trailer. This eliminates the need to drive the car backwards in order to reverse the trailer into position. -Very clever.
