It's amazing how fast the money vanishes. It's been several years since I purchased new gear save for a new helmet I bought 2 weeks ago when i went climbing with Graham Fitter. In the last 2 days I have dropped over $300 on new cams both micro and macro, mostly macro. I'm ready for the big off widths now, bring it on

Vedauwoo eats climbers for breakfast. And there is no such thing as an easy 5.6 off width I'm waiting for cooler temps to hit Joshua Tree. I'll build my OW skills there before heading to the OW mecca of Vedauwoo.

I know there's no easy "5.6" OW. That's why it's in quotes One cool thing about Vedauwoo is that there's a lot of easy chimneys too, like "5.5", "5.6" etc It's a fun place in a beautiful area.
