No wiring harness.

They do include the weather connectors so you can make your own harness.

Thanks for the clarification. Any idea of how complicated making a harness would be? More than $75 complicated? I have an AOB switch I would use for my 4Runner.

Not at all.

It came with both female and male end connectors. The male end was the one on the factory pigtail from the light bar.

The female connectors came loose, just get some matching gauge wire to length and assemble the female connector onto the wiring..
