I do not know if this has been posted or not..if so please delete. I was wanting to buy an Evolution pop up from Coleman and I stumbled across some information that may be relevant to people on this board.

In a move that rocked the RV industry Somerset, Pennsylvania based FTCA Inc – formerly known as Fleetwood Folding Trailers - manufacturer of the iconic Coleman® popup travel trailer – closed its doors Wednesday and added 130 people to Somerset County’s unemployment line.

Wow.... That sucks... Surprising as they seemed to lead the market, at least from what I see around here.

It's too bad all of those people have lost their jobs.

However, now that FTCA isn't producing their overpriced, stapled together, cardboard trailers anymore, there is room in the industry for some innovative companies to get a foothold and produce something new, different and with better quality and/or value.

Or other companies like Starcraft will take up the slack in the card board folding trailer market.
