What you are buying: A fully equipped, road-proven expedition habitation box with complete off-grid systems, mounted on a 2021 Sammitr MPT 4x4 chassis. The box can be remounted on a different truck chassis or used as a standalone off-grid tiny home / cabin. The truck chassis and running gear are included. This is not a drive-away vehicle. The buyer arranges transport (flatbed, trailer, etc.) from Cunit, Spain.

Why This Is Worth Your Attention

This box was built in 2021 and lived in full-time for over three years across 40,000 km — Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, and across Europe including two Scandinavian winter loops at -15°C. Every system has been tested in real conditions, not on a bench or in a driveway.

If you're building an expedition truck or off-grid tiny home, this box saves you 18-24 months of design, sourcing, fabrication, and integration. Everything is installed, wired, plumbed, and working. You also get the complete engineering package — CAD files, wiring diagrams, plumbing diagrams, and supplier documentation for every component.

Selling because our family is growing and we've run out of seats.

What You Can Do With This

  • Mount the box on your own truck — Fuso Canter, MAN TGL, Iveco Daily, or similar. Subframe allows adaptation. Full CAD files included.
  • Use as an off-grid tiny home / cabin — fully self-contained. Set it on a pad or trailer and plug in nothing.
  • Strip the systems for your own build — the Victron package, solar, batteries, and appliances alone are worth well over the asking price.
  • Export outside the EU — in many countries the truck can be registered and driven as-is.

Known Issues

  1. Not drivable. Buyer arranges transport from Cunit, Spain.
  2. Battery degraded. ~400 Ah from original 600 Ah. Some cells may need replacing. All monitoring data available.
  3. Surface rust on chassis. Cosmetic only. Does not affect the box or systems.

A very nice rig in all aspects, but I especially like your solar set-up with the side-out panels which also make a great awning.

Honestly, I am shocked at the price!!!
It seems very low for such a nice rig, only thing that gives me pause is the toilet system because I have heard people in North America dispose of their waste in garbage cans at gas stations etc and I am disgusted at that thought! Where/how do you dispose of human waste? Urine seems obvious but what about the "compost" and how long does it take to be actual compost? Good luck with the sale!

Yeh, it's a fast sale. We're super keen to do the Americas, start in Canada and build a new rig there and drive down. And now we have two young ones, we are on a deadline before schooling starts. If there was the possibility of adding more seats to this rig, we would in a heartbeat.

Honestly, once you go compost, you don't go back. No smell, easy disposal, no chemicals. Composting really depends on the materials you use. We found this stuff works best: https://amzn.eu/d/08DCp71X

Funnily enough, we have the super popular American brand one too. Cost me two and half kidneys to import into Thailand 😅

Honestly, I am shocked at the price!!!
I also think it is an awesome rig at a killer price, but some factors I'm sure @cheeese has considered is it far too new to be imported permanently into the USA (2001 or older) or Canada (2011 or older) {a bizarre world where new is a negative  } and in Europe, there is a lot of similar rigs, so a tougher market. If it was importable to the USA or Canada, then twice the price ??? YMMV

I am not sure about USA but there are ways around the import rules.....

Update: Price dropped to €18,000. We're selling this as a complete off-grid habitation box with truck chassis included, not as a drive-away vehicle. If you're building an expedition truck or looking for an off-grid cabin, this is everything you need. See the updated first post for full details.
