Conversion software Garmin to Lowrance

I have the Baja 480C and also the Garmin 76S hand held unit. My question is: Does anyone know of a software program that will allow me to convert the actual breadcrumbs from garmin to Lowrance. This is my first post and I did try to see if this was already addresed. I did read a post that did indacate that there might be such software" You will not be able to load maps made for Garmin on to the Lowrace (tracks, waypoints and routes, yes. But maps, no)"

Thanks for the link. It works great. I had a lot of trails saved with the garmin and now I only use the Lowrance on trails in the jeep.
