Cool stuff on UK Ebay - why don't we have anything cool

Is it just me, or is it really hard to find cool, compact, 4x4 campers in the US? Not that I'm really shopping....but I'm always 'kind-of' shopping.

The grass is always greener.....
I'm in the U.K and spend my time looking at all the cool stuff you have over there, owned several american cars/vans, and even buy my clothes from the U.S.

Those are cool. The Land Rover is 25 years old and could be brought over to the US... I wonder about the engine, is the Isuzu 3.1 diesel a US approved motor?

I'm in the UK and spend a lot of time drooling at cool stuff on the Australian Ebay site.

And the 4x4 campervan section of Mobile.de too obviously.

It must just be that strong desire for things we want but can't have that makes them cool. That, and no one else around us has them either.
