Corrupt card RAW recovery

I've got a corrupt compact flash card. It's happened before and I have a recovery tool but it doesn't see RAW files. These RAW files (Canon) are of my sister-in-law's wedding so I reeeeeaaally want to recover them.

Does anyone have good experience with any particular recovery tool for Canon RAW files? I realize I'll need to spend money which is fine.

have you tried Imagerescue from Lexar? I don't know if it works on non Lexar cards, but I've had good luck with it.

I've had very good luck with the software that SanDisk packages with its Extreme cards. I've heard Lexar is decent but it will not run on one of my machines for some reason.

Indeed Image Rescue does work with non-Lexar cards... and I've similarly had good luck with it. Had a card corrupt on me only once... but the even for that one time purchase it was a great value.

thanks for the advice guys. I should have stated that it is a Lexar card . this is the second time with this camera/card setup. I'll probably be switching off this brand as I've always been leary for Lexar for some unknown reason. Maybe it's too close to Lex Luthor.

Please, note that with some rescue software you must check mark the correct RAW format you are trying to recover.
