Craigslist find: '95 Diesel Suburban 5 speed (San Diego)

No affiliation. I'm tempted myself, but may be a little too rough cosmetically for what I'm looking for.

Some nice features:

Converted to mechanical fuel injection
Converted to 5 speed manual transmission
4x4 posilok manual front axle locker (cable actuated from inside cab)
BFG All Terrain LT265/75R-16 Load Range E, estimated 50% tread

Wow, didn't realize this was my first post. I emailed the guy with some follow-up questions, but haven't heard back yet.

That has a lot of sweet upgrades. Hell that Fluidamper Harmonic Balancer alone is worth $400. Definitely a tow rig at that tire size / gear ratio. To return to "stock" would require about 33" tires, which should fit. It would then get 19-20 highway, methinks. However I'm not too familiar with the final drive of an NV4500, so I could be off.
