This was my first time doing this ride but the other guys had done it several times. Super fun.

Thanks. I have my own sled, a Skidoo Summit 600. The ride requires intermediate powder riding skills and avalanche safety knowledge is essential. Avalanche terrain can be avoided but you must be able to recognize it to avoid it. It took us about 2 and a half hours each way but we stopped to look around a lot on the way there and had some mechanical issues on the way back.
