Custom Lift-Mate

After being disappointed that my Lift-Mate didn't work well with Wolf wheels, I started working on a modified version. The only original part is the black frame, but even it was drilled out to accept more substantial hardware. All components are rated at least 4700 lbs.

Awesome. Those mini j hooks are handy, I carry a couple transit clusters with those for winter urban ditch recovery.

Hi.
This looks great! ;)
But sorry, what was the problem?!
The original rubberized j hooks not fitting the Wolf Rims holes?!
I was goin' to get a Lift Mate myself but if not working I need to start thinkin' somethin' else; and your solution looks pretty smart. ;)

The stock hooks are very hard to get in the holes. The only holes I could get them in at all were at the widest points of the wheel, but then they're spread too far which almost rips the strap apart.

I'm pondering about a combination about the wheel lifter and a folding-on-top pin styled frame lifter.

Sounds like a plan? :ylsmoke::coffee::wavey:

Kurt as usual your solution is incredible. I like the much broader pad against the tire that high lift didn't utilize in their own design, far more stable to resist the twist that often happens.

Thanks for your compliments.
I have to thank Eric, who's first idea to change the high lift creation let me think about this tool too. Never have heard about it befor.
It's not wellknown in Germany, I guess? So my friends here asked me hey, what's this thing is going to be good for? :Wow1:

Well, my first design with a smaller plate created a deep impact into the tire's shoulder. I was not amused about that!

So the plate's area was doubbled. Now it works well.
