Not really an answer for you but i have taken tool boxes that were too big and cut them down before, or are you looking at an odd shape?

I had a Highway Products toolbox awhile back. Very high quality construction that you won't be disappointed with. But you will pay for the quality. Maybe you could try a local fabricator that works with aluminum.
