I have a standard Mt. Ranier RTT. It has been used but is in great shape. One buckle on the rain fly is broken, but it does not effect the tent at all. I have the annex and annex floor also. This tent sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids (6 & 7years old) comfortably. I'm in Graham, TX but am willing to meet a buyer within reason. Shoot me a message and I can email pictures if necessary. The tent is tan color.
