Does anyone know how to figure out the age of a TPMS sensor? I don't have a reader/scanner but was hoping I would be able to determine the date of manufacture based on some of the codes printed on the sensor itself. I've read that sensors have a lifespan of 8-10 years, and since these 315Mhz sensors could be as old as 2006, I'd like to figure it out before I have them put in some tires only to die 6 months later.
