Oh man!
Dave is truly the epitome of customer service....
It took me nearly 11 hours to get from Santa Fe, NM to his shop in Phoenix due to terrible weather, two shoddy front tires and a long lunch break.
He was gracious enough to take some time to interact with me when I showed up at his shop today unannounced as he's extremely busy getting trailers ready for the Expo this coming week
He checked with Discount tires to see if they had the tires in the size that I needed at the local shop that I'll be going to on Monday
He gave me suggestions of a place to camp for the next two days while my rack that he is building for my bantam trailer is being done
He made some suggestions and modifications to my request for a RTT rack and I'm pleased what he had to say and trust he knows what's the best way to build what I need to carry on the trailer
I'll have 1/10 of a genuine turtleback trailer in time for the expo and when I finally hit the lottery or get an excellent job, it's a guarantee that I'll be upgrading to a turtleback trailer
Oh and the shop itself is top notch!
