DCS 100AH LiFePo4 battery

Selling new/never used 100AH LiFePo4 lithium battery.

I got this model specifically to run in engine compartment of my FZJ80. DCS owner Paul said he specced this battery for that exact usage with a BMS set for a slightly higher temperature range than typical.

I'm using the other battery in accessory battery slot in my rig and it works amazing - runs within temp specs, my last 40+ hour camp with fridge, lights, etc., drew it down 33% (these can be safely depleted way lower/more often than AGM) and it was back to 100% within 20 minutes or so of starting my truck.

Hey... I’m not trying to crap on your sale at all... I’m just curious what is different about this battery that makes it almost $150 more than ordering it direct? I’ve been looking at Lithium’s for my trailer and curious if there is some tariff or tax I’m not aware of.

I think you underestimate the cost of shipping hazardous goods from Australia.

Well looky there - it does look like DCS dropped price since I purchased. I paid $2190 for the two of them. I believe $280 of that was shipping.

I could go $920 or so or some combo with shipping that would make it make sense. Already taking a bath on this thing so just want to move it along.

Relion equivelent goes for $1,000-$1,200 and I think the DCS is set up with a more appropriate BMS, so this deal would save you a few weeks shipping time and few bucks.
