Goal for the month: 10 pounds and get back into my workouts

Overall goal: 165

Weight loss to date: A little gain lately but 50-60 lbs in the last 1 1/2 years

Biggest challenge, limiting portions and avoiding diet bombs

Biggest challenge, motivation to go to the gym rather than go home after work

Plan of attack: Kick my own lazy butt into motion

I usually only gain weight in December... With all those holidays, it is hard to lose anything.
