determining M416 value

Hoping this is kosher with forum rules, but I'm trying to come up with a value for M416 in an attempt to sell it.

Titled and registered with a VIN in CO as a home built trailer
Original frame and tub, media blasted and rattle canned. Not the greatest of paint jobs, but it keeps most of the rust away.
3500lb axle with electric brakes
33" dry rotted BFG M/Ts on TJ Gambler wheels (they still hold air, but would definitely recommend getting new tires before any real use)
Removed original lights and converted to LED (w/ 7 pin connector)
Home made metal lid with gas springs
Mombasa 71x94 "3 Person" RTT in good shape, cover replaced ~2016
Hydraulic jacks welded at each corner of the frame for leveling
2x Jerry can holders in front of the tub on the A frame

I've seen some older (circa 2014) for sale threads with more basic builds like mine, but the more recent ones have a few more things done so I don't think they're quite a fair comparison.

I found some M416 trailers in rough condition for 1k, ok condition 3k with some rust but looks cosmetic. I found a Mombasa 6 Person tent that sold for 700 or a little less. 3-4k seems about right. Maybe more on the west coast?

******** man..... look at all YOUR local forums selling them..... makes no difference what it sells for in Alaske if you live in Florida...... Selling is a local thing. My bet is lots of these are for sale in Colorado every day.

Start high..... ask $26K or buyers offer ..... see what happens....
EDIT.....
I spent 10 minutes googling it from Canada.... seems $4K might be expensive in CO.
