Disco II and LR3 18" wheels

Can someone confirm that they are the same bolt pattern and are interchangeable? Or do the Disco II wheels not fit over the LR3 Calipers.

They are not. I have seen some folks get wheel adapters to run 18" D2 wheels on LR3's

Same bolt pattern, yes.

However, the LR3 will work on the D-II, but the D-IIs will not work on the LR3, sorry.

I have some LR3 18's -if interested, pm pls.

D2 wheels will only work on a LR3 if you machine out the hub hole on the D2 wheel.

Also might need spacers to make em work.

I've seen this done on one LR3 and this is what was done to make them work. Machined D2 wheels, repainted, and spacers.

On a side note, do some research as I have heard of BMW 18" wheels being used on a LR3.

Volkswagen of some years also use the same bolt pattern, 5x120 or such.

most BMWs use the same 5x120 bolt pattern but they come up short in the load rating department. I'm sure they would hold up fine in normal driving conditions, but I wouldn't risk it offroad.
