I set out to build a rotating bracket for my Hella 500s and my Yakima Megawarrior and wanted to share my idea. It actually turned out better than I expected. Roof loads are a bad idea in general but this was a nice solution to having roof lights and roof kayaks.
Materials needed
* 2 Clamp on Tees from Simplified Building
* 4 feet of 3/4" EMT Conduit from Lowes or Home Depot
* Paint and primer
* Hex Key
* Hella or other lights + wiring
Tools Needed
* Drill (I did mine without a drill press and was not as precise as I could have been)

Super simple idea but it may spark some other ideas.
I built the wire harness and then painstakingly threaded it through the tubing.
The Hex key is used to tighten the light tube when it is in the desired position.
I am running all 4 Hella lights wired with 12awg with a 30 amp relay and a 20 amp fuse.
