Does anyone own an arb zero fridge?

I own two of them (47 & 63 qt) and they both keep fluctuating +/- 1 deg. They do this nonstop and it doesn’t change if the fridge is empty or full. Normal or issue?

normal... well maybe not as 1 degree is not very much. Think about how they work. set temp is reached compressor kicks off but temps still will drop a bit them it warms up a bit compressor kicks on kind of an endless cycle

I can understand that the temperature will fluctuate as it heats and cools but this is constant +\- as if it is searching for a temperature.

I just talked to arb and rep told me they are aware of the issue and it is only present on the Zero models. He said it is the thermistor that is “very sensitive” and it is just trying keep the programed temperature. They’re working on a fix.

To be honest you want it to do that because you know what it is doing from one minute to the next,

The Other model if you set them to -18*c / 0*f they will shut off when they reach -18* and then within a minute or less drop down to -19*c That is because they are measuring the Base Temp of the Air as well as the Food Temperature, Truth is when set to -18*c the internal Temp can Drop as low as -22*c or -7.5*f and then rise up to Around -15*c to around -13*c, These changes are all part of the normal on and off cycles of every fridge freezer ever made and although they are mechanical devices they actually breath which is why you are seeing these changes in Temp.

hope that helps.
