E-450 with 4x4 conversion stoutness question

I am looking at 2001 E-450 rv, that had 4x4 conversion done in 2003 which installed a "Genuine 2003 F450 4970lb Cap Dana Front Axle Hubs, steering, 6,000lb disc brakes 1.375" dia. front, 1.500" dia. rear Chrome Moly IPD Swaybars w/ Poly Mounts & 4 premium Rancho RSX9000 Shock absorbers". It also has 3.5" lift, 6.8 4R100 trans, 4.10 gears. Salem-Kroger did install.

The vehicle has 94k miles and used last 4 years to pull a 3,000lb trailer. Is the conversion and e-450 stout enough to have pulled a trailer for last 4 years and still have life left in engine without of over stressing it?

Thanks

Drivetrain is fine, the RV might not be. Id look hard for any floor or roof rot. Any moisture gets in those things and the wood just crumbles. Check the propane/water/dump systems for cracks, they can be a pain to repair too.

Will do...it's a fiberglass eggshell design and I don't think much wood but will check.
