E- series dash swap, 2004 to 2009+

My van was broken a few months ago and while ripping out my stereo the thieves managed to completely ruin my dashboard. Insurance has agreed to replace my dash with a new one. My van is an 04 e350, will a 2009 and up dash be a direct bolt in? Ive tried searching but couldn't find a definitive answer. Anybody have first hand experience that can say for certain that it will work?

The gauge cluster would be my biggest worry. If you were going to do a completely custom setup you could mold in a tablet and use it for the gauges.

I've seen it done. Guy used the gauges and idiot lights from the old cluster in the new cluster housing. But will also need door panels as both kinds have moulded bits that match the dash. Apart from that I seem to remember it was an easy job as all bolts / mounting points were the same. It was posted on the net somewhere, but can't remember which forum now.
