E350 kick panel upfitter connector location

Anyone find the 14A411-B harness connector in a club wagon? Supposidly near the trailer brake connector. I found the pass thru forward connector under the coolant tank and i have the trailer brake connector inside but cant find the grey 6 pin connector inside that feed the spare lines under the hood.

Any one locate this? Its an 03 7.3

It's been a long time, so my memory may be wrong. But they are up higher behind the dash / gauge cluster, and I think you can only use two of them.
