Easy kill switch for Express van?

I am heading to Baja next week after the quartzite hippy gathering in an AWD Express 2009.
Would love to install a kill switch , maybe one to the starter solenoid or fuel pump?
Any ideas or better yet a DIY primer?

edit: I should not call it a hippy gathering , I dont know those people and just making assumptions. Its the Bob Wells group, they seem nice on the internet

Quick fix: Just pull the fuel pump fuse? Or swap with a burnt out "dummy" fuse?

I doubt there'd be much to worry about at the site...maybe in the towns.

starter solenoid kill switches are the most effective(keep your battery from being drained during start attempts), but, they also require a quality switch and installation or they will be a problem for you later on. Placing them in a convenient place to use, yet, still be sufficiently hidden can be a challenge as well.
