Happens to Chalets also. Serial #0023 languished for a couple of years at Craigslist ads where it seemed hard to give away for $3800, now it sits in a showroom a bit more polished up than before with some repaint work that I can't readily spot, for just under 20 grand. That's only one of several buyer turnarounds with huge jumps in prices.
