EcoFlow River Pro with Extra Battery 1440 WH for 699 at Costco

I was really looking hard at this too, but my "concern" is that the battery chemistry is "just" lithium ion and you'll notice it has much less life-cycle than a LiFePO4 unit which can have a couple thousand cycles. I'm by no means an expert, just your average arm-chair researcher. For the money, I'm liking the Bluetti power station which has more life.
 
Yes LFP is the way to go for longevity.

The li-ion chemistries are fire-prone once the cells are approaching EoL or if protective circuitry fails.

Not so bad if used outdoors, picnics etc

but IMO not safe enough for mobile living spaces long term
