Econoline slider door area seat belt mount location

I have a 97 E350 cargo van. Looking to add a 3rd captain seat right inside the slider door.
Does anyone have pictures of where the seat belt would mount? The lower reel and upper anchor locations would be helpful for me. All the pictures I find online are looking into the van and are usually trimmed out and hard to see where it’s bolted.

The only mid / 2nd row seats I’ve seen in the old E vans were lap belts or modern seats with shoulder belt incorporated into the seat its self. No belts led to outer walls etc.

I’m thinking of something like the chateau layouts from that time. They had second row captain seats. I have a pair, and they do not have integrated belts. Only the buckle is attached.
Conversion vans also had a second row of seats with out integrated belts so I’m looking as to how they did mount the seat belt reels.
