Sweet, this is a very good thing! With my fiance studying Coastal Zone Management, we know all to well how frustrating the Army Corps can be. Yes they do some great things, but more often then not they just make things much worse in the long term. Short of like a band-aid over a bullet wound.

The sad part about it is the fact that the Army Corps of Engineers even comes up with stupid ideas like that in the first place.
