Esto Connectors.

Came across these connectors. I cannot weld alu.

I wonder if they are suitable to use to frame a small teardrop squardrop camper.

ACM alucobond Dibond panels could be attached (mechanically or VHB tape / liquid applied adhesive) to the frame.

We use these at work. They have little to no structural value. They might work but seems like a gamble to me. I would think you would be better off going with 80/20 aluminum stuff.

80/20 type is very nice. Costly to use for framing a teardrop / squaredrop camper

It would be ideal in my mind if there was a metal version of those Esto style insert connectors.

Thanks I checked them out. EZ tube approx $10 each. Kipp a bit less, but same ballpark.

makes sense they are more costly than the <$5 range with the ESTO
