Europe to Tashkent (and almost back) in 2009

Hi, as a newbie to this forum, I would like to introduce myself a little.
German native, living & working in Moscow.
This spring, my camper truck has been finished. Last year, I have bought an '02 Bremach Extreme, gave it to carmaeleon.de with some of my ideas, kept close contact with them during the whole process and got it finished in May this year. There were some minor jobs still to do. Instead of testing the vehicle in Middle Europe, we decided to do the long run.
Germany- Poland- Lithuania- Latvia- Russia- Kazakhstan- Uzbekistan- Turkmenistan- Uzbekistan- Turkmenistan and back to Moscow was the journey. At the end, Sept, 30, we have had roundabout 18.000 km more.
Highlights were
- Russia: Southern Russia with it's endless black soil
- Kazakh steppe
- Turkmen Karakum desert
- Uzbekistans sights Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand

I am not the big writer of endless stories. Just have a look and get some impressions. For those of you who plan to cross the territories where I am (or was) living & working, pls feel free to contact me any time.

Thanks!
I didn´t test it in stormy weather til now. Could imagine that at least I could get worried during a real storm. Normal windy conditions don´t matter.

I was just waiting for you to post your bremach,

in some pics they are way bigger than a lR 110
and in others pretty similar.

as a user how does the size compare to a Defender 110 - Toyota troopy

the specs on the truck seem great !
and have collected a whole selection of pics/mods

Bremach is higher and longer than a 110, but absolutely unknown.
Try to find some comparisons. We have made some pictures when we compared it with Mitsu Pajero Sport.
